Kelleher was a temporal scientist from the ship the Doctor's TARDIS crashed into. She showed him how she sometimes could speak like a Dalek and was worried about it. She was a Dalek that became un-evolved by the time crash, becoming a Kaled. (AUDIO: Effect and Cause)
