Floor 499

Floor 499 was the second highest level of Satellite Five. Jack held a last stand against the Daleks here. (TV: The Parting of the Ways)
It is unknown what Floor 499 contained when the satellite was broadcasting news channels before it became the Game Station, however it can be assumed that it was another news floor that contained a food court like Floor 139.
