Mandeville

Mandeville was a Cyborg King, and lost everything when he malfunctioned. He guarded the Doctor when he was accused of murder. He was a warrior, and showed disgust towards the Doctor who cowardly stabbed his enemies in the back.

Mandeville had ventured to the Library to find a manual to effect repairs. (AUDIO: The Library in the Body)
