Pazmi was a prisoner that the Sixth Doctor met at the Second Rani's planet. She came from Miasimia Goria and called the Rani a tyrant. She had precognitive abilities when she was in the Rani's contraption. She wanted to assassinate the Rani. (AUDIO: Planet of the Rani)
