Dick Zodiac was the host of the documentary Dick Zodiac's America's Most Impossible Killers. His narration constantly annoyed Missy, due to the fact that he would constantly predict and cause the actors to repeat exactly what he said.
In actuality, Dick was an artificial construct created by an echo of Joe Lynwood, who came from an alternate timeline in which Missy mind-controlled him to allowing him to piolet Mark so she could create chaos undetected (AUDIO: The Broken Clock)
