When Skagra visited the Time Lord prison planet Shada, hoping to free the notorious criminal Salyavin, he accessed the prison index and passed over Rungar and Sabjatric before he found Salyavin, who was imprisoned in perpetuity for mind crimes. Rungar's full file read:
