Mr Smart was an individual who came looking for Gustave Lytton in 1975.
He met with Lytton outside the Jazz Soiree Club, alongside his boss, Mr Gray, and his fellow associates, Mr Stein and Mr Standing. When things became confrontational during the meeting, he pursued Lytton down an alley and was decapitated by him. (COMIC: Down These Mean Streets A Man Must Go)
