The Drunk man was a male Human who lived in London in 2009. When Earth was transported to the Medusa Cascade, thinking that the end of world was coming to an end, he began to drink. When he saw Rose Tyler he drunkenly told her it was "the end of the world, love" and Rose just replied "Have one on me, mate". (DW: The Stolen Earth)
