Clifford (Solar Danger)
Clifford worked closely with World President Nikita Bandranaik in Unity City.
During the heat crisis of 2066, while the President was in a meeting with space experts and scientists to discuss the recent disasters, Clifford interrupted him. He told him that the leader of International Rescue had linked up with his private videophone. Although Bandranaik initially demanded that Clifford get out of the room and ensure he was not disturbed again, he eventually agreed to the meeting after pondering on how they accomplished the feat, with Clifford rhetorically asking how they accomplished any of their rescue missions in response. In the President's office, in answer to a final query, Clifford told Bandranaik that it was impossible to get the image of the caller on the videophone due to some sort of artificial barrier.
