Carolyn, whose real name was Cardinal Archmage Linfess, was on of Stuart Dale's clients. She didn't want the work she commissioned done with computers as she didn't think the quality of the work to go down. She was a major in the Eorgem army and brought them here. She ordered her ship to be made faster. She used the humans to build them a war ship so they could oppress other civilisations who develop in a way they find offensive. She found the humans foolish.
