One of the researchers who worked on the same space station as Martin Chesleworth met the Sixth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard shortly after their arrival. She assumed that they were from HQ and told them about how she and her colleagues seemed to have done two weeks' worth of work overnight without any memory of doing so, unaware that this was due to crab-like creatures.
