The Royal College of Surgeons was a college in London.

Thomas Huxley was a teacher in there. In 1868, the TARDIS materialised in the college. The First Doctor took Ian and Barbara there to meet Huxley, first attending a Comparative anatomy lecture of his on the musculoskeletal system. (COMIC: Unnatural Selection)
