Eileen Lewis was the mother of Dan Lewis.
Her and her husband Neville were in an alternate timeline, where an army of Sontarans had strategically used the Flux to conquer this specific moment in Earth's history; another being the Crimean War. When Dan slipped forwards in time to a world controlled by Sontarans, he reconciled with his parents, before Dan left to fight the Sontarans and save Earth, taking Eileen's wok with him.
