A time destroyer was a type of ship.
The Monstrons had supposedly sent one in pursuit Iris Wildthyme and Panda. She went to Trull to avoid it, but it tracked her there. (AUDIO: The Iris Wildthyme Appreciation Society) To try to evade it, she activated a randomiser on the Celestial Omnibus. (AUDIO: Iris Rides Out) Iris would acquire this same ship from her future self later in her timeline. (AUDIO: A Lift in Time)
Whilst Jack Harkness was working for the Time Agency, he visited the Fluren Temporal Bazaar to bid on a Monstrom time destroyer. He lost the bid to a pair of Wrightosaur mercenaries. (COMIC: Weapons of Past Destruction)
