Sarathin

Sarathin was the president of Wrax. She negotiated with the Dalek Time Squad Leader an alliance. She didn't like the Daleks and wanted to user the Devolver on them as well as the Time Lords. She hoped that the Devolver would creator peaceful race from a race they devolve. She gave the Doctor the choice to destroy the Daleks. The Doctor to convince her to dismantle the Devolver, but she couldn't do it as the Dalek Executioner killed her to destroy the whole race. (AUDIO: The Enemy of My Enemy)
