Eustacius Jericho

Eustacius Jericho was a professor who lived in Medderton. He had fought in World War II. On 21 November 1967, he was conducting a lie detector test on Claire Brown when he encountered the Thirteenth Doctor and the Weeping Angels. He managed to stall the Angels until he blinked and was sent back to 1901 where he met Yasmin Khan and Dan Lewis.
