Operation World Salad

Operation World Salad was the code name for the Preternatural Research Bureau's monitoring of psycho-wavelengths, overseen by Giles.
At some point before September 2020 the operation detected warning signs of a V-Time surge due to hit the Earth in October of the same year, on its way backwards through history. It also detected a distress call which turned out to have been emitted by a dying Cyberon that had transmatted into 21st century Derby by mistake after having its supply of Cyberon fluid and organic components removed.
