Eddi Bhole
Dr Edward "Eddi" Bhole was a scientist at Drake Interplanetary.
Biography
When Eddi was applying for college, he hacked his biometric data on his ID tag, giving the admissions computer the impression that he was a varsity athlete. He worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology before moving to Drake Interplanetary, choosing to go "where the money [was]". There, he worked with Lila Kreeg on Project Yellow Brick. Whilst he knew of Leapfrog, he was unaware of Lila's involvement.
Eddi did not like that Lila antagonised Cathrin Travers and initially refused to continue the project with her after she was fired. After she told him how much money they would get from selling the completed product to China, he helped her steal the equipment from Drake Interplanetary and move it to a warehouse in Limehouse East. He learnt of Lila's connection to Leapfrog and sold her out to Cathrin.
Eddie continued to help Lila after she accepted Cathrin's deal, apologising to her for his betrayal. After the Bruce Master appeared, Eddi tried to shut the overloading machine down but was unable to due to the coils having fused. The Master, needing life energy, drained Eddi's in order to fully restore himself, killing Eddi. (AUDIO: Faustian)
Personality
Eddi was driven by greed, readily admitting that he simply went where the money was, a trait which led him to betray his friend and colleague. When asked what he wanted from life, he said 10,000 in hard cash and a bachelor's pad in Chelgravia. He did not like dive bars, which Lila said was because he had no soul. (AUDIO: Faustian)
