"Moving away from FANDOM"[[edit source]]

Would it truly be so easy to move a Wiki as vast as Tardis to Miraheze? From what I know, it would be tricky to transfer our huge amounts of images (complete with their licensing details), even if it might be relatively easy to move the raw text of pages over. I'd be curious to hear you elaborate, despite the concerns below.

Regardless, however, it is unlikely that Tardis could truly move from FANDOM; we are one of FANDOM's more prized Wikis, and even if a Miraheze duplicate of Tardis were to be created, there is no way Tardis at FANDOM would close, or even that the majority of the editing community would move over. (Heck, one of our admins, User:CzechOut, works at FANDOM as his day job!) So in Tardis's case, we'd just end up with two parallel Wikis, potentially splitting the community. I have great respect and admiration for Miraheze, but for Tardis, unless the situation alters in a major way, it doesn't sound like a very appealing solution.
