The Cyber Sector, alternatively Cyber Zone, was a nickname Bel gave a region in space that the Cybermen controlled, opposing the Dalek Sector. The Cybermen had gained control of this sector in space after the Flux destroyed most of the Universe. (TV: Once, Upon Time)
