Martin was a security guard at an office block in Cardiff. He handed out passes to visitors that enabled them to use the lift.
Jack Harkness bribed him with £750, offering the chance to take an evening class and follow his dreams, in order to receive lift access to reach the Scotus Clinic. He allowed Jack to take two visitor passes. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
