The Eleventh Doctor provided Clara Oswald with a swallowable hologram projector which created a hologram shell for her to wear. The shell had a heat loss filter which "kick[ed] in" momentarily after she and the Doctor landed on a snowy Trenzalore. (TV: The Time of the Doctor) Saibra wore a hologram shell to replicate clothing, allowing her to efficiently disguise herself in conjunction with her own ability as a mutant human to morph by replicating living cells.
