Maurice Taylor was the managing director of the administration company that controlled Empire City. After the people of the City revolted over the actions of the cult of Luminus, Taylor tried to apologise for the company's actions and tell them the company was closing. However, no one heard him over the noise of the citizens' celebration. (PROSE: Tragedy Day)
