Harry Landis

Harry Landis was the owner of Yumm's in Empire City.
He had bought the bar six years before the arrival of the Seventh Doctor. It had originally been called Hazard's, but he changed the name after purchasing it. His wife became ill after he had the bar for four years, and he had to take care of her for the following two years.
Police looking for the Doctor questioned Harry, as he and Bernice Summerfield had been seen at the bar. After finishing, their leader Felder decided he did not like the bar and had it burned down. Having been beaten by the police, he was barely able to crawl upstairs to try to rescue his sleeping wife, but he died before reaching her. (PROSE: Tragedy Day)
