Rex Matheson recognised that the title of institute in the Torchwood Institute meant that it was officially sanctioned by the UK government. (TV: The New World)

The Curator asked the Eleventh Doctor what he made of the title of a painting in the National Gallery. The Doctor had believe it to have two titles, No More or Gallifrey Falls, but the Curator clarified that it was infact one title: Gallifrey Falls No More. (TV: The Day of the Doctor) The Curator later claimed that the painting could also more accurately be titled Gallifrey Falls No More (Until the Next Time). (PROSE: Dr Black)
