Luther Kane grew up with at least one brother. They appeared to be fraternal twins, being the same age and height but with somewhat different physical features. The meeker brother was often the target of the self-confessedly "greedy" and "selfish" Luther, who was prone to stealing his toys. (COMIC: Dr. Who's Time Tales)
