T19 was a planet in one of Earth's neighbouring systems. It was cloudy and had an unbreathable atmosphere with only low levels of oxygen.
Humans from the SS Ferdinand Magellan attempted to colonise the planet sometime before Vicki Pallister and Steven Taylor's eras. The First Doctor, Vicki and Steven visited the planet during this colonisation attempt. (AUDIO: An Ideal World)
