Louis XI
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Louis XI was a King of France contemporaneous with Richard III of England.
While giving mock credence to William Shakespeare's suggestion that "in time" his plan to persuade Richard into killing the Princes in the Tower might have worked, Richard said "in time" he might start to fancy Louis XI of France but guaranteed that two years later he would still think of him as "a bug-eyed, pointy-nosed, garlic-eating backstabber".
