Sonic the Hedgehog Official Trailer was a trailer created for LEGO Dimensions that featured official gameplay and cutscenes from the LEGO Dimensions Sonic the Hedgehog level, adventure world, and battle arenas. It was of special note to the Doctor Who universe as it featured a licensed appearance of the Twelfth Doctor in the form of LEGO Dimensions battle arena gameplay.
