Claire was the wife of Alex and the mother of George. She could not have children, even though she and Alex tried IVF treatment. In January 2003, their son George was "born". He was a Tenza who used a perception filter to appear as their son. George had many rituals before going to bed, because of his fears. In 2011, Claire and Alex suggested they get him a doctor. Shortly afterwards, the Eleventh Doctor showed up and got George to face and defeat his fears. A nurse, Claire returned after a night shift to see her boy happy and no longer afraid. - According to The Brilliant Book 2012, a book that contains non-narrative based information, Claire's scripted last name was Thompson. However, there is no indication of any last name in Night Terrors as originally transmitted.
