Baloovium was a substance out of which a trinket bought by Rose Tyler was made. She found it at a trading bazaar based in (or on) an asteroid and gave it as a gift for her mother. It turned hot when it was going to be a sunny day, and cold when it was going to rain. (DW: Army of Ghosts)
