Ambassador 2 from the City State of Binding Light
One of two Ambassadors from the City State of Binding Light attended Earth Death aboard Platform One in the year 5,000,000,000. They wore dark red robes pattern which distinguished them from their fellow ambassador. In the immediate aftermath of Earth Death, which resulted in the deaths of several guests due to the space station's defenses being sabotaged by Lady Cassandra, the other representative was seen alone. One of the many guests on Platform One at the End of the World party who was almost killed by Cassandra's evil plan.
The two Ambassadors from the City State of Binding Light were each represented by a Battles in Time trading card. Whilst Ambassador 1 was referred to with the pronoun "him", Ambassador 2 was identified as "one" of the guests at Platform One. Though the absence of this ambassador following Earth Death would imply that they were among those who did not survive, the card states only that they were "almost killed".
