Matt was one of Alix's bodyguards. When Ianto Jones stormed Conlan & Co. Electronics, planning to kill Alix and take an antidote to the Kawaga Virus, Alix was surrounded by his bodyguards and entered a standoff with Ianto. While Ianto was distracted by Sean, Matt snuck up behind him with a gun. Ianto then shot Matt over his shoulder to prove to the other guards that he wasn't bluffing. (PROSE: Virus)
