"Harold Saxon"'s Jones plan targeted the family of Martha Jones. (TV: The Sound of Drums)

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

A man employed by Mr Saxon attended Richard Lazarus' experiment to make himself younger. He planted seeds of doubt in Francine Jones' mind that she should not trust the Tenth Doctor being responsible for Martha Jones' safety. (TV: The Lazarus Experiment) Saxon had funded Lazarus' experiment, and arranged for Martha's sister, Tish Jones, to get the job as head of the PR department for Lazarus Laboratories. (TV: The Sound of Drums)

Working for Mr Saxon, Miss Dexter enlisted Francine Jones' help, tapping and tracing Francine's phone conversations with her daughter Martha, who was travelling with the Doctor at this time. (TV: 42)

Miss Dexter was at the Jones' house when she reported a Condition Red on the Jones plan to Saxon and proceeded to arrest all of Martha Jones' family and bring them to the Valiant. After a brief struggle, Dexter managed to arrest Francine, Clive, and Tish Jones, during which she ordered her guards to open fire on Martha. (TV: The Sound of Drums)
