Kist Magg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen
Kist Magg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen was a member of the family Slitheen. He was the brother of Glune Fex Fize Sharlaveer-Slam Slitheen and the father of Korst Gogg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen.
Biography
Coldfire Construction, under control by the Slitheen, had built their final transducer in the guise of a technology block inside Park Vale Comprehensive School over summer 2008. The transducers were to be used absorb all the energy out of the Sun, destroying the Earth and thus avenging the deaths of the Passameer-Day Slitheen, while the Slitheen lay safe inside a hidden room in the technology blocks across Earth. They would then use the profits from Earth's remains to buy battlecruisers to return to Raxacoricofallapatorius and destroy the Grand Council.
In September, he killed one of Park Vale's new teachers, Tim Jeffery, and used his skin as a disguise. With his brother Glune Fex Fize, he began the trial run for the ring of transducers, but it started to destabilise due to the overload. He was not happy in his brief role as a teacher belittling the intelligence of his students and describing earth as the "planet think", as well his skin suit being too tight for him and being visibly embarrassed at his inability to control the gas exchange. This made him vindictive towards his students throwing Clydes lunch to stick insects and setting 2000 word essays by the end of his lessons. At a science club, Kist tricked the star pupil Luke Smith into coming up with an equation to avoid the overload. This lead to overconfidence that their plan to drain the earths sun would happen sooner than planed and in his arrogance unmasked infant of Maria Jackson.
When what would later be known as the Bannerman Road gang escaped the school he became paranoid that the galactic police may be onto their plans to which his brother confronted him explaining that Sarah Jane Smith had a "soupy" smell to her confirming to him that she was defiantly human and that she didn't pose much of a threat with one sonic device.
When the plan was enacted he convinced his brother to allow his son to drain the son claiming that they were doing this for their children.
When Maria Jackson killed Glune Fex Fize, he called the rest of the family on Earth to come to Park Vale to capture Luke, Maria, Clyde Langer and Sarah Jane Smith. Embracing his scared son, having witnessed the melted corpes of his uncle on the schools security cameras, and telling him that they would be fine. As Sarah Jane broke into the hidden room where the capacitor was he tried to justify his action so that his son would not have to live cringing in the darkness. It then turned out that Luke's equations were wrong, as he didn't know that the Slitheen would draw energy from the Sun, and the capacitor began to overload. The system was reset. Luke started to repair it, but Sarah Jane threw him her sonic lipstick. Luke damaged the machine with the lipstick. While most of the Slitheen and Luke's allies escaped, Kist and his son Korst were trapped by the sealing door. Whilst Korst was able to teleport away to safety, Kist was electrocuted and destroyed by the exploding machine. (TV: Revenge of the Slitheen)
Post-mortem
Having escaped, Korst Gogg Thek Lutiven-Day Slitheen sought revenge against Luke for the death of his father. Joining with fellow Slitheen Dax Fex Fize and Bloorm Vungah Bart, Korst conspired with the Xylok Mr Smith to kidnap Luke and drain him of his nascent telekinetic energy, intending to make a profit at the cost of Luke's life. The Slitheen were, however, forced to assist Sarah Jane in defeating the Xylok when he threatened to destroy the Earth while they were still there. The Slitheen ultimately left Earth once the threat was neutralised. (TV: The Lost Boy)
