Rassilon?

Would this actually be Rassilon? Tecteunhe was the first Timelord to learn how to regenerate, the one who seems to be in charge of their civilization in the flashback. Would Tecteun have changed his/her name at some point or were they killed by Rassilon and then he took credit for what Tecteunhe had done? Because everything Tecteunhe had done eventually gets credited to Rassilon. Falkora 08:42, March 2, 2020 (UTC)

Doesn't seem likely and its pure speculation that they are Rassilon.--WarGrowlmon18 08:45, March 2, 2020 (UTC)
Unless Rassilon at some point is revealed to have been Tecteun in their past, this is pure speculation. And until that, we can at best assume that Rassilon got rid of Tecteun and took her credibility of it. --DCLM 09:30, March 2, 2020 (UTC)
Or maybe Tecteun is the real name of one of the other Founding Fathers of Gallifrey.--WarGrowlmon18 20:44, March 2, 2020 (UTC)

According to legends which its say Rassilon was the first President and founder of modern Time Lord society

Or Rassilon is actually real name is Tecteun may be Rassilon had erased all records of his real name is Techeun

The Other

It’s been claimed that the script for The Timeless Children says that Tecteun is the Other. The script has just been released on the BBC writers room website and looking at it, it doesn’t seem to say such a thing. It does say that the two figures standing beside Tecteun in the flashback when he starts Time Lord society are intended to possibly be Rassilon and Omega. Obviously this would lead us to make the connection that Tecteun must be the Other if he’s the third founder alongside Rassilon and Omega, but it just seems a bit misleading to me to make the claim that Tecteun = The Other, rather than two silhouettes = Rassilon and Omega. If that makes sense anyway. Here’s the extract and a link to the script below:

“TECTEUN walking down a corridor -- at the far end, two Gallifreyan figures (with the collars up) in silhouette. We can assume these might be Rassilon and Omega.”

The wording of the BTS note can definitely be amended to stick closer to what the text of the script tells us. I don't think this is really controversial. --Scrooge MacDuck 17:41, May 11, 2020 (UTC)

The End of Time

Maybe she's the woman covering her face? The one who told Wilf the Doctor would return! NightmareGuardian19

Well, nothing in a valid narrative indicates it, so this isn't really a matter for this talk page. (Also, a big obstacle to this theory is that the Tenth Doctor seems to have known who the Woman was, whereas in The Timeless Children, the Thirteenth Doctor had apparently never even heard of Tecteun before.) Origins image

I fixed the blank space issue the image was placement was creating on desktop, but now the numbers on the footnotes overlap. So, my question is, should we crop the speech-bubble out of the image, move the image and info higher up the bts section, or just leave everything as is? LauraBatham 13:45, 21 September 2022 (UTC)

I have moved the image higher to see how it fairs. DrWHOCorrieFan 14:06, 21 September 2022 (UTC)
Doesn't exactly help that the image was portrait, when Tardis:Guide to images states that images should be landscape. So, I've cropped the image, and it should fit better now. 16:33, 21 September 2022 (UTC)
Thanks that looks much better. LauraBatham 00:35, 22 September 2022 (UTC)
