The Old Bailey was a courtroom in London. In the 17th century, it was presided over by Judge George Jeffreys. A replica of the Old Bailey was sustained in the imagination of Sepulchre, who sentenced the inhabitants of its mind to death in order to sustain itself. After being arrested for a parking offence in the 2008 zone of Sepulchre's mind, the Eighth Doctor was transported to the 17th century Old Bailey, where he was found guilty of horse theft.
