During the 2254 Dalek invasion of Earth, a bus was parked next to a building with a sign reading "REQUEST". The Seventh Doctor jumped over this bus on his journey to defeat a Super Guardian Dalek. (GAME: Dalek Attack)

Although the concept of a "request stop" wasn't explicitly named in GAME: Dalek Attack, the "REQUEST" sign was seemingly intended to signify a bus request stop.
