Solturis was a planet inhabited by a humanoid race and ruled by Redlin. Its capital city was Bulos. Solturis had experienced one hundred years of peace when the Daleks first arrived shortly after the destruction of Alvega. The Daleks pretended to be friendly and peaceful while secretly planning to steal the Pentaray and conquer the planet. The Dalek invasion of Solturis was defeated by Jareth, who used the Pentaray against them. The Dalek Emperor was summoned to Skaro and so unable to taken revenge against Solturis.
