Matthew Jacobs (born 1st July 1956) was writer and co-producer of Doctor Who, the 1996 TV movie. His writing credits include episodes of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, Ruth Rendell Mysteries, and the animated film The Emperor's New Groove.
