I don't think it is. Talk:Reconnaissance Dalek might be a good precedent (although that was for an individual, not a casing type). This would make a better infobox image than the CGI render from Astounding Untold History, by the way, since infamously, that render presents some discrepancies with the "classic" Evil look, and might well, in-universe, not be a conventional Type I casing.
