Halyvon (planet)

Halyvon was a planet which was home to the Halyvon species.

While investigating Halyvon artefacts, specifically a necklace that allowed her to communicate telepathically with the other wearers, Bernice Summerfield was able to hear 26 in her head. Heading to the planet, Bernice was shocked to discover that the native population had been enslaved by Monoids who planned to remove all of the slave's eyes, ears and speech. Bernice was able to trick the Monoids into believing she was already deaf. Later, after using the telepathic abilities of the Halyvon artefacts, the Halyvons were able to regain their telepathic abilities and Bernice was shocked to witness them telepathically remove the Monoids' ability to speak.
