White pudding

White pudding was a type of sausage similar to a black pudding. It contained a blend of onions, pork fat and oatmeal. Unlike black pudding, however, it didn't contain pig's blood.

Early versions of white pudding used sheep's brains as a binding agent. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
