Edward Collier wrote The Satanic Mill for Doom Coalition 1.
The name is actually a nom de plume as the original writer (whose name has never been revealed) for the story, turned in an unusable script and several other writers attempting to make something of it. None of the other writers wanted their name on the story, hence the creation of Edward Collier.
