Frodo

Frodo was a character in The Lord of the Rings.

While working at a garden centre, Fitz Kreiner had a conversation with a woman and convinced her that the character of Frodo had been named after a woman with whom the author, J. R. R. Tolkien, had had a relationship. (PROSE: The Taint)

When April MacLean said she and Ram Singh needed to cross volcanic terrain on the Underneath, Ram called her "Frodo", referencing "some old movie my dad likes". (TV: Brave-ish Heart)
