...I don't really see a need to create this page. The War Chief's appearances in valid sources have all been within the Edward Brayshaw incarnation. The reference to the War Chief from Save Yourself constitutes a mention, rather than an appearance and is better covered as it already is on The War Chief. The aborted regeneration that resulted in Kriegslieter is undone at the end of Timewyrm: Exodus. The splitting of the massive The Master page should not have been taken as precedent to split up the War Chief.
