Cosimo

Cosimo was an Emperor of Rome in Roma I and Roma III. He saw the end of Rome's world war against the Seres by meeting Emperor Yung Lo on the Great Wall and agreeing to a coin toss to decide the war. In Roma I this ended in his favour and he became ruler of both Empires; in Roma III he lost the coin toss, but the Seres then decamped to Rome and became "togafied". (PROSE: Warlords of Utopia)
