In the 40th century, (COMIC: The Brain Tappers) a Space Security investigator sent a report back to Earth about the recent "rebirth" of the Dalek Emperor, whose casing had been rebuilt to grant it increased mental capacities shortly after it had permanently shorn any pretences of being a democratic ruler.
