Thorne

Thorne was a worker for The Department. He is Governor of Dauntless Prison. He replaces a disgraced Inspector Drake as The Departments head of Public Order in the middle of the series. Thorne has his own reasons for joining the Department and he may have alien intentions of his own.
Behind the scenes
Thorne is yet to appear in K-9, but the official website has confirmed he will appear in later episodes as a recurring villain.
