Brarshak

Brarshak was an Ogron Ambassador who partook in diplomatic negotations with the Draconians and Sontarans set up by the Tenth Doctor, in a bid to repair the damage his younger self had caused to the Ogron economy. Upon first discovering the Doctor's identity, Brarshak attacked the Doctor, until being restrained by the Draconian and Sontaran, who were prisoners in the same cell.
